FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read carefully the following General Terms and Conditions that regulate the contract between you (CLIENT) and the tour Operator (DLI TRAVEL).
1 Making A Reservation And Confirmations

A payment of 50% of the total tour price is required to make a tour reservation. After receiving the deposit and the Reservation Form filled in, signed by the Client, DLI Travel sends a confirmation letter and receipt of payment. This confirmation letter is issued maximum four working days after we receive the deposit amount. Therefore no contract exists until the Client has received DLI Travel's confirmation letter.
2 Payment

The balance of the total tour price is due:

a) 24 days prior to the starting day of Krakow City Break tours.

b) 40 days prior to the starting day of Discover Poland or Poland Pilgrimage tours.

Clients, booking tours with a short notice (i.e. less than 24 days for City Breaks and 40 days for Discover Poland or Poland Pilgrimage tours), are required to make a full payment immediately.

Failure to make a full payment within the above mentioned period of time may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

The Client should cover bank transfer fee (if any), in order the whole amount of payment would reach DLI Travel's bank account without any deduction.

Poland Tour reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of lack of payment or lack of signed Reservation Form.
3 Changes and Cancellations

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing and sent (by e-mail, post or fax) to DLI Travel. In the case we receive Client's notification by e-mail, we may request a formal fax statement.

Changes and Cancellations of bookings received by DLI Travel prior to the commencement of services will not involve any cost to the ordering party if they are made no later than:

a) 30 days for individual travelers i.e. City Break tours.

b) 45 days for group tours (Discover Poland or Poland Pilgrimages).
If City Break tour cancellation is made between:

• 29-15 days prior the starting day of the selected tour the cancellation fee will be 50% of the whole tour price.

• Less than 15 days prior the starting day of the selected tour the cancellation fee will be 80% of the whole tour price.
If Discover Poland or Poland Pilgrimages Tour cancellation is made between:

• 45 days or longer prior the starting day of the selected tour, a full refund is made excluding 50 GBP service fee per person.

• 45 - 30 days prior the starting day of the selected tour the cancellation fee will be 50% of the whole tour price.

• 29-15 days prior the starting day of the selected tour the cancellation fee will be 65% of the whole tour price.

• Less than 15 days prior the starting day of the selected tour the cancellation fee will be 80% of the whole tour price

4 Minimum Number of Participants:

There should be minimum 14 persons and maximum 18 persons in a group tour Discover Poland / Poland Pilgrimage.

DLI Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour if there are fewer Clients than requested minimum mentioned above. If a cancellation caused by DLI Travel, the Client would be informed by e-mail/fax/phone immediately. In these circumstances the Client would be offered full cost refund or other tour for the additional surcharge or reimbursement in a difference of the price. In virtue of a tour's cancellation the Client is not entitled to any compensation.
5 Child Discounts

• Children under 2 years of age are granted free participation unless they get a separate bed and meals.

• Children of 2-12 years are granted a 25% discount on .Total number of children should not exceed 20% of the number of all participants paying full price.
6 Insurance

Signing the Booking Form, the Client announces that her/his physical and emotional capabilities enable her/him to participate in the chosen tour.

DLI Travel can organize Travel Insurance on clients request but the contract would be entirely between client and the insurance company.
7. Land Transportation :

DLI Travel organizes surface transport by minibuses or smaller coaches with 19 seats. Seats cannot be booked but the tour leader may decide about their rotation during the trip.
8. Triples & children bed:

The beds for Triples & children usually consist of a larger twin-bedded room with an additional bed (a single bed or occasionally folding bed/cot) for the third person. This bed may not be comfortable for an adult person.


9. Meals:

Polish cuisine involves big portions of meat. The food is very interesting and tasty, but it is also advisable that you inform us about any special dietary requirements in advance. Fill in the proper section in the Reservation Form.
